Otomasi sistem kontrol scanner o-frame basis weight kertas dengan serapan sinar beta
Telah dilakukan rancang bangun otomasi sistem kontrol scanner basis weight kertas, terdiri dari sistem hardware mekanik panel terminal instrument scanner, sistem elektromekanik kendali putaran motor, sistem software kendali scanner. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengendalikan scanner secara otomatis sehingga menghasilkan profil basis weight selebar mesin kertas, dan dapat dioperasikan secara stand alone, maupun diintegrasikan dengan komputer proses.rnSistem kontrol yang dirancang diharapkan dapat menghasilkan tingkat ketelitian ukur sebesar 2 gram/m2 untuk wilayah ukur 60 gram/m2 sampai 400 gram/m2. rnBerdasarkan pada hasil rancang bangun otomasi sistem kontrol scanner Basis Weight didapatkan persamaan linier gramatur kertas : Y = 432,855 – 0,2918.X dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,99. Tingkat ketelitian ukur hasil penelitian sebesar 1,99 gram/m2.
It has been designed a scanner basis weight paper control system post, consists of hardware mechanics panel instruments terminal system, electro mechanics motor control system, software control scanner. This system is designed to control the scanner automatically so it produces basis weight profile as wide as the paper machine, and it can be operated as stand alone, although it is integrated with the computer process. The designed control system is expected to produce a meticulous level of measurement as large as 2 gram/m2 for area 60 gram/m2 up to 400 gram/m2. Based on the result of designed post of the automation of scanner basis weight control system , it can be obtained a linear equation for paper gram : Y = 432,855 – 0,2918.X with correlation coefficient as large as 0,99. The meticulous level of measurement from this research as large as 1,99 gram/m2.
